PLACES TO EAT & RELAX
First Columbia's "The Waterfront" project will consist of plenty of retail and restaurant options for residents and tenants of our commercial office buildings.
Our newest project...The River Street Market is a vibrant collection of diverse and delicious cuisine. Centrally located in The Waterfront community, it’s easy to get to and park at. Equal parts premium food hall and community space, we’ll be the largest {of our kind, food hall} in the Capital District once completed. Whether you’re looking for a fast-casual bite or a distinctive drink, there will always be something for everyone.
Coupled with great food, our mission is to provide a gathering space, equipped with a community stage (an open call for entertainers), indoor/outdoor space, and a “test kitchen”— a platform geared at providing educational opportunities and a place for local talent to shine.

WATERFRONT RESTAURANT{to come}
First Columbia is designing a beautiful restaurant that takes advantage of the strong history at Hedley Park Place. Once known as Cluett Peabody Manufacturing Building, the former namesake of the structure was a longtime manufacturer of shirts, detachable shirt cuffs and collars, and related apparel. It is best known for its Arrow Brand of collars and shirts and the related Arrow Collar Man advertisements (1905–1931). The property today has been renovated into a beautiful 8-story office building that will now include the region’s premier waterfront restaurant. to be located within the old "boiler room" of the old manufacturing. The restaurant will include outdoor patio seating overlooking the Hudson River, a bar, high ceilings, and plenty of entertainment!
